A clear agreement, from day one.
One AI credit covers one queued AI request. Human replies and private notes use no AI credits. Queued requests that end in a handoff or provider failure still use one credit.
The free trial includes 100 AI credits over 7 days. Paid purchases cover 30 days and do not automatically renew. Credit allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC while your plan is active; purchasing a plan does not reset usage.
When the allowance is exhausted, AI pauses and your team can reply manually. Switching plans starts a fresh 30-day term without proration; renewing the same plan extends its remaining term.
