Botinto CRM | Customer Contacts & Follow-ups for Small Teams
Keep customer details, conversations and the next step in one place. Botinto CRM brings your email contacts, identified website enquiries and manually added contacts into a searchable workspace.
Move from an enquiry to a thoughtful follow-up with the information your business already has.
Contacts that build themselves
Eligible incoming Open Tickets and identified website enquiries add contacts automatically. Automated senders, Info Emails and Bin are excluded. Website visitors need a name and an email or phone number before they enter CRM. Anonymous chats stay in My Chat.
Find the right person quickly
Search customers by name, email, phone or company. Filter by channel, customer stage or a follow-up that is due, so the next conversation starts with useful context.
One customer history
Read saved email and website chat activity together. Matching email addresses are grouped within your workspace, with links back to the original email ticket or chat.
Add contacts from your dashboard
Met someone outside your website? Add their name, email or phone, and company manually. Keep that relationship alongside contacts that arrive through email and chat.
Keep the next step visible
Manage new, qualified, won and lost stages, assign a teammate, and set a follow-up date. Use the due filter to organize your next round of calls or replies.
Give your team useful context
Add private notes and share customer context within your workspace. Owners, admins and agents can make changes; viewers can read without editing.
FOR INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES
Free CRM for solopreneurs
When you handle sales, service and delivery yourself, remembering every conversation is hard. Botinto CRM helps you find a customer's last enquiry, save a private note and keep the next follow-up visible without maintaining another separate contact list.
FOR GROWING TEAMS
Free CRM for SME teams
Give your small business a shared view of customer relationships. Assign an owner, track the customer stage and keep conversation history close to your team. Botinto CRM works in your browser on desktop and mobile, with access controlled by workspace roles.
Start with the conversations you already have
Create or log in to your Botinto workspace. Open CRM from the dashboard or return to this URL while signed in.
Bring in your contacts. Use eligible email tickets already stored in Botinto, collect website contact details with consent, or add a contact manually.
Choose the next step. Search the customer, review the history, add context and set a follow-up date.
Email forwarding brings new messages into Botinto after setup; it does not import your provider's old mailbox. See the email setup guide.
Questions about Botinto CRM
Is Botinto CRM free for Botinto users?
Yes. Botinto CRM has no separate CRM fee for Botinto users. You need a Botinto account and workspace. AI chat and other Botinto services follow their own plan allowances; see Pricing for those details.
Who is Botinto CRM for?
Botinto CRM is built for small businesses, solopreneurs and SME teams that want to organize customer details and follow-ups alongside their email and website conversations.
Does every website visitor become a CRM contact?
No. A website visitor appears in CRM only after sharing a name and an email address or phone number. Anonymous conversations remain in My Chat. Your business can also add contacts manually from the dashboard.
Which emails become CRM contacts?
Only incoming Open Tickets in business or transactional categories can add email contacts. Info Emails and Bin are excluded, including mail moved by your filters. Automated senders such as noreply and alerts are excluded by default. Owners and admins can customize the exclusions in CRM settings.
Can I delete an unwanted contact?
Yes. Owners, admins and agents can delete a CRM contact and its private CRM notes. Original emails and chats remain in their inboxes, and the contact will not be added automatically again. You can explicitly add it back manually.
Can I search a customer and see their history?
Yes. Search by name, email, phone or company, then open the contact to read their saved email and identified website chat history. You can filter the history and open the original email ticket or chat. History is subject to your workspace retention settings.
Can my team add contacts and private notes?
Owners, admins and agents can add contacts manually, edit profiles, assign owners, set customer stages and add private notes. Viewers have read-only access. Notes are not shown to customers in the chatbot.
Will CRM send follow-up messages automatically?
No. You can set a follow-up date and find due contacts using the follow-up filter. CRM does not send automatic reminder notifications or messages. Your team decides when and how to follow up.
